5. Shopify App Usage

If you install or use our Shopify App:

5.1 Authorization

You authorize us to access Shopify data strictly required for app functionality via Shopify APIs.

5.2 Merchant Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for your Shopify store data
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions from your customers
  • You will not misuse the app or violate Shopify policies

5.3 Data Usage

We use Shopify data only to:

  • Provide app features
  • Improve performance
  • Offer customer support
  • Ensure security and compliance

We do NOT sell or misuse merchant or customer data.

6. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some Services may require payment.

7.1 Billing

  • Fees may be charged monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed via Shopify Billing or third-party providers

7.2 Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds are not guaranteed

7.3 Price Changes

We may update pricing with prior notice.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Services for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the system

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

  • Violation of Shopify policies
  • Violation of applicable laws

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if:

  • Fraud or abuse is detected
  • Required by law or Shopify policy

Users may also stop using Services at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or application.

Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by Shopify platform rules or international regulations applicable to service usage.
